FEES & PAYMENTS
Fees:
- Initial phone consultation fee is $0 for 30 minutes.
- Initial individual intake visit and assessment fee is $150.00 for a 75 minute session.
- My standard individual session fee is $125.00 for a 50 minutes session.
- My standard session for couples is $150.00 for a 60 minute session.
- My standard session for a family session is $150.00 for a 60 minute session.
If you are interested in a multiple session discount, paid in full at the time of scheduling, please bring this to my attention during your initial intake visit/assessment.
Additional Fees:
- Additional services, including the list below, will be billed at $100.00/hour.
- Report writing
- Telephone conversations, in between scheduled session, at your request and
based on my availability
- Attendance at meetings with other professionals per your request
- Preparation of records or treatment summaries
- Time spent performing any other service you may request of me and to which I agree
Tasks under one hour will be pro-rated
Legal Matters:
You are responsible for my professional time if legal matters require my participation, even if I am subpoenaed.
My fee for legal preparation and attendance at proceedings is $125.00 per hour.
Payment
I accept payment by cash, check, credit/debit card (private link sent directly to each client for payment). Unfortunately, while I am an ordained minister with graduate degrees, most insurance companies do not cover my services.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. There is a $50 fee for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice of your scheduled session and you will be charged the full session rate for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
If your account is unpaid after 30 days, without making prior arrangements with me, I may use legal means, such as the help of a collection agency, to collect payment passing along all associated fees to you.
